Sleeping Lover - Vampire Poem

Sleeping Lover

Tasting blood
dripping everywhere
Why did I bite my love
I have damned him
His soul is forever mine to hold
Sweet blood, white fangs, tears hot as the sun on my skin
I shall chase away his fears
I kiss his lips as he enters sleep
He tells me that his heart is mine to keep
I look down upon his lovely face and I start to cry
and ask him
How can you think that I'm a angel?
I wait for my love to awake
However long it takes.

I absolutely love this poem out of all of them, girl. This one shows the regret one can feel once they turn the person they love and it also shows the inner turmoil at the decision. ME LIKIE A LOT!!!
