Vampires In The News - Dracula, The Play

Dracula - The Play

We were recently contacted by our good friend Dawn from the Geva Theatre in Rochester, NY to give us, Vampire Empire readers, our own personal heads up to their awesome upcoming play 'Dracula.'

Adapted from Bram Stoker's novel Dracula and written by Steven Dietz, this play based on our favorite vamp sounds exciting.

The overview of the play reads... Before Edward in The Twilight Saga and Lestat in The Vampire Chronicles, there was Dracula. Bloodthirsty, lustful and evil incarnate – but above all – a gentleman. The Count journeys from his gloomy Transylvanian castle to the bustling streets of London, leaving death and destruction in his seductive wake.

Directed by Peter Amster and a Co-Production with Indiana Repertory Theatre, the play will run at the Geva Theatre from OCTOBER 11 through NOVEMBER 12, 2011

Sink your teeth into this hauntingly lush and darkly passionate adaptation of Bram Stoker’s 1897 novel.

Information, ticket prices and times can be located:

Performances are at Geva Theatre Center, 75 Woodbury Blvd, Rochester, NY 14607
Box Office: (585) 232-Geva (4382)
