Vampires In The News - Vampire Video Contest

Zahir, better known as Zahir13 to the Youtube community, has designed a pretty sweet contest centered around what else? Vampires!



What I find especially clever about this vampire contest is the deadline for all vampire submissions is the 13th of June. Ring a bell for anyone? June 13th is the date season three of True Blood is scheduled to air.

Now if that isn't clever enough, the winners of the contest will be announced June 30, the date when ECLIPSE is due for release.

Vampyre Contest Rules

The rules actually are pretty simple... The vampire videos must be created by the contestant. No slideshows please. Vampire videos must be less than one minute in length, and no older than 2009. Not sure why that is but hey, it's his contest.

Two vampire entries per contestant allowed, which I think is cool, and all the vampire videos must include music.

Here's the best part, subject matter for all vampire video entries MUST be Vampyres in one way or another. Original characters or existing can be used.
